Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy (hereinafter “this warranty”) applies solely to IDEER products purchased from the IDEER official website or IDEER authorized distributors/resellers.
1. What Is Covered
IDEER provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or intended use, commencing on the original date of product reception.
This warranty covers functional defects arising from manufacturing or material flaws during normal usage, excluding normal wear and tear. During the valid warranty period, IDEER will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts/products free of charge, including standard labor costs.
Consumable components that naturally wear out with regular use are not covered under this warranty. Examples include, but are not limited to: fabric straps, padding, foam inserts, grips, adhesive parts, and disposable accessories.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period starts on the date you receive the product. A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is mandatory to process any warranty claim.
Warranty duration varies by region in compliance with local laws:
- Customers in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and United Kingdom: 2-year warranty
- Customers in all other countries and regions: 1-year warranty
The warranty period shall not be extended by repair, replacement, or part substitution under this policy.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage or failure not caused by manufacturing or material defects
- Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or improper installation not performed by IDEER or its authorized service providers
- Damage due to liquid intrusion, high temperatures, fire, corrosion, dust, or humidity outside recommended operating conditions
- Lost or stolen products
- Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers, labels, or warranty stickers
- Products without valid proof of purchase or beyond the warranty period
- Damage caused by low-quality, defective, or non‑certified batteries/power sources
- Damage from unapproved third-party accessories leading to compatibility or reliability issues
- Physical damage from dropping, crushing, impact, violent handling, or misuse beyond normal operating conditions
- Damage caused by failure to follow official user manuals or operating instructions
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that does not affect product functionality
4. Conditions That Void This Warranty
The warranty will be permanently void if:
- The product’s hardware or firmware is modified without IDEER’s written approval
- Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or alteration is performed on the product or its components
- The product is used for commercial, rental, illegal, or unintended purposes
- Warranty labels, serial numbers, or anti‑counterfeit marks are tampered with, removed, or damaged
- Non‑IDEER genuine parts or accessories are used with the product
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim:
- Send an email to support@ideer.online with:
- Detailed description of the defect/malfunction
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- Your shipping address and contact information
- The IDEER customer service team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Authorized distributors may offer their own supplementary warranty terms. For products purchased from authorized sellers, please contact the seller directly for regional support details.
6. Additional Legal Rights
The rights and remedies under this warranty are in addition to other legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. In case of any conflict between this policy and mandatory local laws, local laws shall prevail.
